Application Help
To help you complete the application process, please make note of the date fields to insure that you receive your desired length of coverage. Requested Effective Date The earliest day this date can be is midnight of the day you apply. Be careful not to make it effective before you get here or the days will will be wasted. Date of Departure This is the date you left your home country, or Will leave your home country. Date of Return What this date really means is the date your insurance expires. Example: If you buy the insurance during enrollment on August 26th, 2006 and are buying it for 10 months. Then your date of return (or when your insurance expires) will be 10 months from August 26th, 2006 or around August 25th 2007.
